Technology & Equipment:

We are constantly searching for, and investing in, the best equipment available worldwide. In particular, we focus on getting equipment that has minimal environmental impact (particularly focusing on chemical free!) as well as being effective and ergonomically designed.

Operations:

Alchemya operates a 24 hour, seven day service. As well as the regular scheduled cleaning programme, we are available at any time during business hours, evenings and weekends for additional support.

Our Staff:

We attract high calibre people by offering indepth training, decent wages and a team environment that fosters strong company identity. Our reputation as a good employer also helps with our recruitment. Cleaners are individually trained to meet the particular requirements of each site. All of our cleaning staff are security screened, issued with photo-ID badges and wear company uniform.

Methodology:

Alchemya' "Work Smart" methods are all about finding, containing and then properly disposing of unwanted substances from our environment. Work Smart teaches cleaners about the equipment, what it is capable of doing and how to use it most effectively. They are then made responsible for the area they clean, not just the routine they perform.

Quality Assurance:

Ongoing evaluation of the performance of Alchemya's staff is key to the service we provide. Alchemya maintains effective and ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring, consistent with ISO standards.

Our company director is qualified and well versed in the development and implementation of Quality Systems such as ISO 9001:2000 and works as a consultant and internal auditor to assist clients in these areas. She can provide ongoing support and professional advice after accreditation.

Risk Management:

Safety of personnel, plant and property is fundamental to our business and we place a great deal of emphasis on our Risk Management System. Alchemya Ltd has a current Broadform Public Liability Insurance providing $2,000,000 cover.

Our Environmental Ethos:

Work Environment Management is the function and responsibility of Alchemya. We minimise the impact of our operation on the environment and wish to help our clients do the same by offering to set up and maintain a non-profit/subsidised Recycling System.
