All administration is coordinated by Sheryl, who has a holistic overview of the entire business. This means that our clients are not passed from one person to another when trying to get information. And as the key personnel of Alchemya are such a tightly knit team, chosen and guided to achieve the company vision, our clients are guaranteed a unique level of accountability.

Alchemya operates a 24–hour, seven–day cleaning service. Our work is done in a professional manner with minimal disturbance to the client′s business. We use an electronic monitoring service that gives us access to online data by employee ID, site ID, and attendance hours. This remote management of staff offers a crucial safeguard for our cleaners and prevents service breakdown.

Sheryl Hume Company Director

Prior to founding Alchemya, Sheryl worked as Regional Manager at a large nation-wide commercial cleaning company. Sheryl is fully conversant with the implementation and maintenance of quality, safety, and environmental systems and has tertiary qualifications in Human Resource and Business Management.

Todd Hume General Manager

Sheryl′s son Todd holds a BA (Hons) in Forestry and is passionate about sustainable practices. He brings genuine leadership to Alchemya – inspiring those around him and providing a strong vision for growth and innovation.

Andy Clark Operations Manager

Previously a Depot and Plant Manager in the construction industry, Andy is experienced in quoting, analysing customer requirements, problem solving and monitoring workforce performance. Andy has been responsible for introducing many of our innovative "Work Smart" techniques.
