We invest a lot of time in bedding down new cleaning contracts. You choose the degree and type of interaction you want with us, and together we develop appropriate channels of communication and supportive measures for the contract. We suggest a "progress" meeting at about six weeks into the contract to discuss unforeseen matters and implement new ideas. From then we continue to meet as agreed.

We also work closely with our clients to reduce client costs while still providing an excellent cleaning service.

Alchemya maintains effective Quality Assurance monitoring, consistent with ISO procedural standards. It is this ongoing evaluation of the performance of Alchemya′s staff, along with prompt follow-up and feedback, that is key to our service. We work proactively so that problems are unlikely to occur in the first place.

Regular QAs, combined with our exceptional level of service, allow us to give you a performance guarantee: if you find any issues that we haven’t picked up on, we will fix them promptly and entirely for free.
